Recommended Reading
We are creating this page to show books/ reading material that students have found helpful for the subject and the exams throughout various Years. We have organised sponsorship with a book company that offers medical textbooks cheaper than Blackwells. Further to this, if you are a member of the society, we will provide you with a code that will gain you a further discount on these books! We aim to have this page and service sorted in the next week or so, so keep an eye out for this!
Update: we have managed to get a discount of a further 5%. This is only available to members, if you wish to recieve this discount, you should email the society with your details and be willing to join the society at the next event. I have emailed last years members and provided them with the voucher code. This discount is only available until the 15th of August. We will be provided a new code once term starts in September!

Finals -
For finals we recommend the Essential Examination textbok created by Dr A Ruthven a previous medical student at Edinburgh University. This book has proven to be very popular with students from Edinburgh and other Universities. Copies can be acquired by emailing essential.examination@gmail.com (cost £10 and mailing charges = £3)
